A live drawing will be held on our Facebook page at approximately 4pm C.S.T. on September 1, 2025 to determine the winner of one free set of APEX Lake Steps, plus free shipping or delivery.  If we are unable to hold the drawing at that time, the details for a substitute drawing will be announced on our Facebook page. 

 

The official rules and eligibility requirements for this contest are as follows:​

1.  ELIGIBILITY.  Anyone may enter. To be eligible to win, contestants must:​​​​

• enter the contest once and only once, by providing their accurate first name, last name, phone number, and email address; or by purchasing any APEX product between 1/1/25 and 8/30/25 and providing the same information;

• be at least 18 years of age on the date the drawing is held;

• if contacted to claim a prize, communicate with us by phone or email within ten (10) days to confirm identity and contact information.

2.  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  Contestants may enter and be eligible to win this contest without purchase using the entry form on our website at www.apexmobiledecks.com. 

3.  NO AUTOMATED ENTRY.  Contestants may not use software, bots, or any other automated means to enter this contest.

4.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.   This contest is void where prohibited. 

5.  ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.  APEX reserves the right to cancel or modify this contest for any reason, and permanently disqualify, from this or future contests, any contestant we believe to be in violation of these rules.  All rights are reserved.

6.  GOVERNING LAW.  This contest is governed by federal, state, and local laws.  All matters not addressed by law or these official rules shall be decided by APEX in its sole discretion.
