Shipping Policy
[Updated: 2/22/26] - Our shipping policy is designed to set clear expectations so you know what to expect and can shop with confidence.
Shipping Locations
We ship exclusively to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia). At this time, we are unable to fulfill orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.
Shipping Eligibility and Rates
We offer free delivery on all products within 50-miles of our shop in Dent, MN.
For orders outside of this free delivery zone, but within the contiguous United States, we offer flat-rate shipping on select items. Our standard 4x4 model, 4x4 Ground Level, and Lake Steps ship for a flat rate nationwide. Our 6x8 and 8x12 are available with free local delivery, and may be eligible for shipping. Please note that due to size, our 6x8 and 8x12 products are not eligible for standard shipping. If you are interested in purchasing a 6x8 or 8x12 outside of our 50-mile local delivery radius, please contact us directly for a custom freight quote before placing your order.
Delivery Times
We will package and ship your order as soon as possible. Our policy is to ship within 15 business days of your order, often less. It then takes an additional 2-5 days in transit to reach you, resulting in up to 20 business days for delivery from your order date. Some of the variables that impact delivery time include our staffing and inventory levels, carrier availability, and transit time to reach your location. Order Processing & Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive this confirmation email, it probably went to your junk or spam folder (so please check those folders) or the order was not successful (please confirm that your payment was processed) and if the issue persists, please contact us.
Order Updates
Our team is happy to answer any questions you have regarding your order. If you request and have not received an email update from us within 3 business days, please contact us directly.
Orders With Different Lead Times
If your order contains two or more products with different shipping dates, all items will ship together based on the longest lead time.
Updating Your Shipping Address
Please note that changes made to the shipping address after an order has shipped will result in redirect fees at the customer’s expense, as well as delayed delivery. To avoid this, ensure the correct shipping details are entered when placing your order.
Shipment
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number, invoice, and warranty documents. Large and overweight orders will be delivered by a freight truck directly to the address provided, if the location is accessible. Large transport trucks with a lift gate are often used for delivery and the truck must be able to navigate to the delivery location.
Please ensure the address provided is accurate and accessible. If your address is not accessible by a large truck, please contact the carrier using the number provided in your shipping confirmation email to arrange a location for delivery. Not ensuring accessibility may result in a redirection charge at the customer's expense.
Please note that transit times quoted on the website are an estimate only. We’ve requested that the freight company contact you by phone one day before delivery to arrange delivery details.
Accepting your Delivery
This is the moment you’ve been waiting for. Our delivery partners will deliver your order curbside, with tailgate lift service available when possible. You are required to be present for delivery, or you may assign an individual you trust to receive the delivery on your behalf. Failure to receive the delivery may result in additional fees. You can contact us with inquiries regarding a pending delivery or questions about a delivered shipment.
Our equipment is packed for protection. Products come disassembled to reduce delivery costs and allow for compact shipping. Our easy-to-read manuals assist with assembly once unpacked.
Items Damaged During Shipping
Once an item leaves our property, we cannot guarantee safe handling, We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping or transit. If an item is damaged during shipping, immediately take photos of the damaged packaging and the item, keep all packing materials, and report it to the shipping company who is are generally responsible for safe delivery, so they should handle the claim. If you are unable to resolve this dispute with the carrier, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
