Return & Refund Policy
Our policy is to allow returns and provide refunds for up to 30 days after your item is delivered. To be eligible for a return or refund, the returned item must be returned to us in its original package, in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right to offer partial refunds if an item is not in the original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts or accessories for reasons not due to our error. If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier to request compensation.
Certain items are not eligible to be returned. Non-returnable items include: (i) free giveaway items; ( ii) gift cards; and (iii) any items indicated by “No Returns” on the product detail page. We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. When returning a product to us, we recommend that you insure the product with the shipper for the full price of the item. Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the purchaser. If over 30 days have passed since purchase, we may decline a refund or exchange even if the item is defective or different from what you intended to order.

We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility and following the below return policy accordingly.
Defective Product Returned Within 30 Days
We will replace and ship a comparable or better replacement product to you at no charge upon receipt of a product that we determine has a manufacturing defect or defect caused by us; or, we will offer you a full refund. Products returned due to a manufacturing defect will not be charged restocking fee.
Open Item Return
If you return an item that has been opened and shows signs of wear, we may issue a partial refund for the product minus any shipping charges we incur and a restocking fee up to 25% of the item's price.
Damaged Item Return or Refund Request After 30 Days
If you return an item that has damage not caused by us, or fail to initiate your refund request within 30 days of your purchase, we may deny your refund request. If over 30 days have passed since purchase, we may decline a refund or exchange even if the item is defective or different from what you intended to order. If you have returned an item to us and your request is denied, we will store your item for no more than 7 days and offer to return your damaged item to you at your expense, plus a restocking fee up to 25% of the item's price. After 7 days, we may dispose of your item.
Receiving your Refund
Once your return is received and processed, you can expect your refund within 7 business days from the day we receive the returned product.
Promotional Items
If any promotional item is returned, the value of the promotion is deducted from the item value. For example, if you purchase a product at a 50% sale discount, the 50% discount would also apply to any potential refund or return.
Returns Not Accepted
The following items may not be returned:
