Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy is updated and effective as of:  February 25, 2026.

 

To be eligible for a refund, return items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery in the same like-new condition as it was shipped it to you. If over 30 days have passed since delivery, we may decline a returned item, even if it is defective or different from what you intended to order.

We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility and will contact you with a resolution once the inspection is complete and within 10 business days.  We reserve the right to offer partial refunds if an item is not returned to us in it's original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts or accessories for reasons not due to our error.

 

We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping. If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier to request a resolution. When returning a product to us, we recommend that you insure the product with the shipper for the full price of the item. Return shipping fees and costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Refund Process

To initiate a refund or exchange request:

  • Contact us directly by phone or email; or log in to your account and select the order containing the product you wish to return

  • From the order overview select the "Request Return" link from upper right corner

  • Complete the return request form (all fields required)

  • Pack your items and return to us; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Defective Item Return

If you make an eligible return of a product that we determine has a manufacturing defect or damage caused by us, we will replace it and ship a replacement to you at no charge; or, we will offer you a full refund. Products returned due to a manufacturing defect will not be charged a restocking fee.

Must Return Within 30 Days 

To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. If over 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we may decline a refund or exchange even if the item is defective or different from what you intended to order.

 

Denial and Storage of Returned Items

If you have returned an item to us and your request is denied, we will offer to return your damaged item to you at your expense, or store your item at our facility for up to 10 business days. A restocking fee up to 25% may be applied once a returned item has been stored for more than five business days.  A 100% restocking fee may be applied once a returned item has been stored for more than 10 business days.  After 10 days, we may destroy or dispose of any returned items.

Receiving your Refund ​

Once your return is received and processed, you can expect your refund within seven business days from the day we approve your return request.

Used Item Return

If you return a used item that shows signs of wear, we may deny your return or issue a partial refund.

Ineligible Items

The following items may not be returned:

  • Any product damaged due to negligent or improper use

  • Delivery, set up, and/or installation costs or services

  • Promotional items

  • Any product not purchased directly from APEX Mobile Decks, LLC
